Mally TSV

I just got my Mally TSV and it lots fab..however, 2 of the 3 lipsticks broke!! One of them the bottom fell off and you cannot get the product to the brush..anbd another it broke where the brush meets the tube..what the heck.?? I dont want the hassle of returning it but I love the products..grrr
