Mally Poreless Face Defender

I ordered some of this a while back and quit using it because I ended up with my makeup on it. I picked it up again this morning and found the makeup. How can I clean it off or is it okay? I tried a tissue and just got that everywhere. (Guess I didn't blot enough at some time.)
