Mally Poreless Face Defender with Sponge

Can anyone give any hints to this powder? I dabb the product on my face with the sponge but it tends to take off my foundation or concealer somewhat, is that normal? Is it normal to give makeup on the sponge when dabbing with the sponge? Never had a powder that took off any of my makeup Hmmmm
