I was watching Mally last night and knew that palette she was selling looked so familiar. Well, it was a TSV in July 2013 and it was called" I Love Color Palette" I orderd it and returned it as it was so shimmery. Now she is selling it and naming it a new name. Who in the world wants to buy old merchandise!

In the Ulta where I shop a lot for Beauty, I noticed a lot of her things are being cleared out.Our Ulta is only a month old, so that seems unusual, but maybe they are going to replace with new products....I like a lot of Mally's products, but some of them have a little too much shimmer in them......

She is grasping for straws.....just treading water before she drowns.

Mally is hardly the only vendor that does this. Many vendors repackage the same item in a different way (add a brush or other items, bundle it w/ other items in the line, double the qty, repackage the concept etc. etc.) and QVC calls it 'new'.
Many kits are composed of previously sold items bundled in a new way.
They all do it as a marketing strategy. Nothing unusual about that.
It is a great value if you were to try and purchase it separately.

The colors of the eye shadows are very loud. I have to say that I would never trust Mally to do my makeup. Some of her models with the spidery lashes look hideous and I cannot understand why Mally thinks the lashes look good.

Well, it's obvious Mally is not appearing anywhere near as much as she used to the Q. They're draining down the Q inventory. Mally's last visit, she just showed a few items. Nothing like her usual offerings.
I have had a lot of great things from Mally. Really nice. She was one of my favs. I wouldn't buy now, b/c I have a feeling she's getting rid of inventory, old stuff, stuff that didn't sell.
I wish her the best, and she had a long run....

I just bought two discountinued lip glosses by Mally in my favorite color on Amazon.com today, I could not find them anywhere else!

What is the new name for Mally's cosmetics?

You have your facts wrong. She has not renamed the palette. She has a new set out and one of the items in the set is the I Love Color palette, which has always been available on her website under the same name. She hasn't pulled it out of storage and renamed it.
Here's how the Dare to Be Bold set is listed on QVC:
Includes:
I don't know why you chose to make assumptions and smear a vendor, but it doesn't make you look good.

I agree! Mally didn't say they were new products, Shawn said the kit was new and that is correct. New configurations are new kits. I don't see anything unusual about this either. Think of how many "new" Philosophy kits come in that are just new configurations. No reason to think it's stale product. LOL
