Makeup When Swimming?

The company I work for has an annual picnic, and they are renting out a pool. All employees are required to go. The higher up bosses will be there.

I don't want to go without any makeup on. I will probably stick with mascara, eyeliner & lip gloss. Does anyone know of a type of makeup that does not smudge or come off when you swim. I'm afraid my eye makeup might smear and look horrible in front of my boss.
