On average how long do you think unopened foundation like Eve Pearl would last?  I just bought the duo from Q with a brush.  Was thinking about going back for one more order.  I really like the light color that I put on today.

Thoughts?  2 years?

@Seminole2 I think unopened and maybe in the fridge 3 years?  I bought some estee lauder foundation that was 40 percent off when a local Macys went out of business.  It was october 2024, I just opened one of them and it was fine.

The preservatives used in the mu varies in the amounts and types so that will determine how long a mu will last. You can store mu in the fridge for a long time but as soon as you open it (the preservatives are old at that point) the mu will go bad sooner than you think. Use it up quickly at that point.

@Seminole2   I keep liquid and cream foundations (skincare, too) for 2 yrs. Vit. C serum is usually used up before it oxidizes.

Powders last quite awhile.

@Seminole2 I have been debating getting another set, too!

I wouldn't put mine in the refrigerator. I feel like it will last quite a while.

I do love the way this foundation looks on my skin & I do feel like the compact may not last that long. Not like my Fenty Powder Foundation. It lasts forever.

But, there is always another sale or another product that you will want to try.

@Dusty1  I agree with some of your thoughts.  Up until 3or 4 years ago, I was a Bare Minerals foundation person for about 20 years.  Then it started settling differently on my face.  Switched to Yensa liquid foundation.  I really do like it.  I tried Eve Pearl about 4 years ago but I didn't care for it (loved the brush).

Yesterday though the Eve Pearl went on effortlessly and didn't feel heavy on me.  My hubby even commented on my look.  I am not one to switch foundation brands very often.  Have the duo saved off and will wait for a free shipping day and stock up Smiley Happy
