So I got a postcard from Macy's with a GWP if you got a skincare consultation. I actually hoped to be able to speak with somebody who knows about the products, because I don't think the Miracle Worker PM pads are doing anything for me, and wondered if the Help Me might be a better idea. The very nice SA at the Macy's counter had no idea. She read me the ingredients, and asked if I knew what the product was supposed to be for. This is a brand new counter at our Macy's, and silly me, I thought they would actually train the SA to answer questions. I asked if this was her usual counter or if she was filling in, and she seemed confused by the question. Yes, this is her usual counter, she's a Phil rep. Huh. A Phil rep who really didn't show any knowlege about any of the products I asked about. It was disappointing, to say the least.
