MYRO Deoderant

Did aybody order this product?  It is a natural deoderant that comes in a nice looking case with a refill.  OK - here is the problem.  The top cap does not twist off, it does not pull off.  There is no tape holding it down but I cannot open the top.  Did anyone else order this?  Is there some magic trick to use to open a darn tube of deoderant?

The box I received from QVC had none of the items that were shown in the video.  This order had the container with a deoderant already in it and one refill pod.  Still struggling to open the container.  Looks like the container in the video was empty while mine has product in it already.  Don't know if that makes a difference but this is becoming sort of comical already.  Thank you SilleeMe for your advice.

The video is showing how to open the container. I only suggested it for that reason. 

The containers are all the same kind regardless of what's inside it.

Run it under hot tap water and see if that will help twist off the cap. The cap is locked in place until you twist it and take it off.
