@Shanus   OMG .. you just brought back the funniest memory.  We've been in our house since the late 90s.  About  a year after we moved in (and A LOT of UPS QVC deliveries), my husband was travelling during the week and we had a huge snow storm.  I was out with the snow blower (I'm terrible at it...  no matter what direction I point the shoot, a lot of the snow mist blows back into my face) and was finishing up our big driveway and front walk.   Just before I was done,  the UPS truck pulled up to the front of my house.  I had never met the driver before,  and when he handed me the package,  I gave him a big thank you and hello.  I got a big smile from the driver.  

When I was done and went back into the house,  I went into the bathroom to wash up and all my eye make up had run down my cheeks.  It was FRIGHTENING!!!!   The first thing I thought of is that I looked like TAMMY FAYE!!!!!   I can just imagine what the UPS driver thought!

LOL ... well, I certainly didn't expect you to agree with me, but I posted my comment late last night and when I woke up 6 people had already hearted my comment, so I wasn't the only one to see it this way.  Maybe it was just more attention-getting for you?     

BTW ....   If doctors discuss patients' cases, it's usually done with other doctors, and not on message boards.  You really can't see the difference?

Hey, it's a public message board and people can post whatever they want, within the guidelines.  Obviously, not everyone will agree with me, but I just felt your talking the way you did about a paying client was unprofessional ... and tacky.  JMO

As long as the OP divulges to her "client" that she discusses her on a message board, and tells her the name that she uses to describe her, I suppose it is OK.

Your client may just enjoy your company or need a reason to be away from home. My hairstylist,  who I have known for years, moved to a new salon when the old one was purchased by a developer. Her new salon is in an area where a new senior living high-rise was just built a few months ago. She told me she has several women who live there booking appts once a week for a cut, roller set, comb-out, the same old-school routine they have had for decades. She has told them they don't need a haircut every week and she feels guilty taking money from them when they are only coming in for the company and the undivided attention.  They insist on paying her for a cut when she doesn't cut their hair. Your client wants your undivided attention but doesn't really want to change her longtime routine she is comfortable with. Maybe have her apply the natural look while you watch and give her pointers so she feels more able to do it at home by herself. I know I can never style my hair to make it look as good as my stylist does.

@Duckncover   If you read several pages back, we do the look together...I do 1/2 and she does the other. She definitely knows how to complete the look, but at ths point, just think she needs someone to talk to for awhile.

No one knows the OP, where she lives or where she works. No one knows the client. 

It's like former teachers talking about "little Billy" with adhd and a behavior problem. We don't know little Billy so, so what.

Tammy Faye could be reading here. She's a grown woman. However I'm pretty sure little Billy is not. I see posters here who are from the same area. There is someone here who lives in the town next to me. She figured it out by something I posted. It can be a small world.

Little Billy's mother, grandmother, aunt or cousin could be reading here too. It's not any different then someone talking about an unnamed client. Bottom line, we don't know them.
