IMHO, Mally’s Check Your Bags 2 pc. Eye Brightening System will make under eyes worse, not better. If someone has bags or darkness under their eyes, the last thing they need is liner, any color or type, under their lower lashes. It just draws attention to that area. Corrector and concealer is all you can do for that eye area.
If bags are an issue, do not apply a concealer that’s a shade lighter than foundation. Light colors project forward...darker colors recede. Use a shade that matches your foundation. Using a lighter concealer and liner under the eye will highlight any problems, not hide them.

@Shanus@Yes you are right.I have noticed that my eyes look worse if I add brightness in the baggy region.I have noticed though that what they call bags on those young models doesn’t register as an issue on my tv.

It might also help if she used a model that actually had undereye issues

@dex Nothing wrong w/ your TV. Even in HD, a 30 yr. old model would not have significant bags.
