MALLY EVERCOLOR STARLIGHT LINER TRIO - Anybody else having issues?

I purchased this set of eyeliners and, unfortuately, just started using them. So I can't return them. I've gotten two or three uses out of each pencil. I turn the top to get more liner, and NOTHING comes out!!!

Pretty expensive eyeliners!!!! And to top it off, they are on Easy Pay, and I'm still paying for them!!!

Maybe it's me? I've only been using makeup for 45 years. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing...... I can't believe they would sell a faulty product like this.

@OnlyShopsOnline can’t you return them as defective? I haven’t ever returned beauty, but sound defective. You should get a full refund.

@lynnie61 I ordered them at the end of May, so I'm past 30 days. With COVID, I really haven't been wearing much makeup, so I didn't start using them right away.

@OnlyShopsOnline At the early part of Covid, their policy on returns were 90 days. Wouldn’t hurt to try. I want to say it was still 90 days in May.

@OnlyShopsOnline I feel badly this happened to you. Aggravating for sure. I use Mally's liners, but only the ones I can use with a separate sharpener. My Urban Decay liners (24/7 liners) get sharpened.

I've gotten stuck w/ mechanical eye and lip pencils like you did. Sometimes they break off inside the component and that's the end of using it.

I have found this with some products so I always check the quantity, for instance in mascara or eyeliner's etc. some that appear to be cheaper really don't have that much product in them so it might be helpful to compare the Size in ounces is usually in the description.
