Today my DD and I went to lunch.  When we were done, I took out my TARTE lippie and she said "Oh! I have that one too!"  Then she said, "When D (her friend) was visiting, D took her to the MAC store."  WHAT?!  A MAC STORE!  NEAR HERE?!  The look on her face was hysterical - "oh dear, I shouldn't have mentioned it."  LOLOL  I tried my best to get her to go - it was about 20 minutes from where we were - but she was having none of it & since she was driving there wasn't much I could do.  Hmmmmpf.  At least she told me where it was.  I'll have to go check it out on my own.  To add to the MAC store, there is a Sephora a few doors down from it.  I knew the Sephora was in that shopping center but I had no idea a MAC store had moved in too.  Goodness be.

@JudyL   Many years ago our huge mall about 40-45 minutes away had a MAC store. It closed. Wow! It's a fantastic experience. All the products are there, artists and individual attention. It's wonderful.

When the big dept. stores opened at each end of the mall and a few other large ones opened as well, there was MAC everywhere and I guess women enjoyed one stop shopping more than all the walking to find that store. 

***In its "hay day", Bobbi Brown had a pop up store for years in that mall, too but also met its demise. 

That's the mall I go to when looking for something special that my closer mall does not have.

Hi ! I remember when I first starting working in the 1980's I saved enough money to get a makeover at a MAC store . I went to one on Spring Street in Greenwich Village NYC. It was wonderful . I still remember some of the artists tip . Sadly , MAC is no longer cruelty free . Off topic I mentioned the Fiera concealer I bought last week and I am loving it !
