do you think that it is safe to spray makeup on your face?I was wondering what it does to your lungs when you inhale. From the demos it looks like it isn't an easy application because the models looked a little blotchy. If you have used this and love it is it easy to use once you get the hang of it.I like the idea of airbrush makeup but I have some reservations I guess.

I was also wondering how it works. Is their anybody who has used this and could tell us what they think of it? Like ease of use, blotchy looking, do you have to go over and over to get coverage? Thank you for taking the time to answer. bamasec

Safe? Yes. Worth the effort? Maybe but not for me. A gimmick? You betcha.

I agree with you on your concerns!!! It sounds kind of a neat idea but I would not think it is healthy. I have not good lungs to begin with and I would not chance it. Plus, I would think the stuff would go all over the place. No, I would defintely pass on this!!!!!

I agree too. I have asthma and this sounds like an asthma attack waiting to happen for me. I would also hate the mess. It kind of reminds of the spray self-tanner I tried once - it went everywhere.

Whoops --- messed up my first post. Yes, I agree. I have breathing problems, as does DH. And the mess --- no thanks.
I went to get spray tanned a couple times and I thought --- what am I doing? Breathing that junk in. No more. This stuff cannot be good for a person at all.

Ordered kits for my three daughters -absolutely love. I cant use because it is a very matte finish IMO. The spray is not like a garden hose-it is a fine, concentrated mist. You hold a few inches away and direct the spray. They like to put a shower cap on to protect their hair, but other than that not a huge learning curve. (My girls are 20, 18, and 16.) My 16 year old doesnt wear much at all, but loves the natural blush. They look absolutely flawless! I wish there was a more luminous finish-I think Dior has one that is more dewy-will have to check it out. I also have asthma, and they all spray in the bathroom-no mess, no breathing problems.

Well apparently someone needs to teach the models to use the stuff. I only saw a little bit of the presentation, but the models looked terrible. One had a big blotch of makeup on her cheek and she just kept spraying it there and tapping that sponge on it and it just seemed to get worse. It was an easy no for me.
