The straw that broke the camel's back was opening a new dermabrasion yesterday to find it dried like cement. All the while I am using Q-tips to fish out product from umpteen containers. Because of pumps that just are not working. Jar lids that are cracking. All the videos (on the website about how to use the pumps) in the world don't make the experience any nicer. At 6 AM, I do not need this. It's getting pretty old to hear him say he's saving us on packaging...not me Dimitri. Not born yesterday. Not when I see Elizabeth Grant packaged so well. HER prices do not offend me because she's giving us a decent pump. She's not a low rider. Adios.
