If you did all that & only ended up with an itchy spot, that is pretty good!

The older my mom got the itchier her skin got but only at night.  Her doctor recommended Santa Sensitive Steroid Free Anti Itch lotion.  Ordered from Amazon but our local Publix also had it at the time.  She loved it.  Good luck!
