Lost in Transit

My HSN order for a Beauty Spy item seems to have been lost in transit between UPS & USPS in TN.  I hope my Doll 10 order doesn't suffer the same fate.  It seems to be using the same route.

@Icegoddess  I've lost several things during the UPS to USPS handoff. They never emerge to be delivered and QVC has always refunded me.
