Looking for simple, yet effective skincare routine!

I need to downsize as DH put me on a budget!{#emotions_dlg.angry} What products can y'all recommend for me? I have dry, mature skin w/fine lines/crowsfeet, crepey neck. I've used high end products, but can't use them anymore. I need a complete routine. I've done alot of reseach and know that the musts are Vitamin C serum, sunscreen, AHA's, and retin-a.
