I would like something that is very dewy/glowy/luminous. Any suggestions? I have 62 year old combination skin. Thanks

It would be helpful to hear what you've already tried.

I've tried alot......MAC, Clinique, Neutrogena, L'Oreal, different BB creams.....etc.

My favorite foundation is Guerlain and they make one called Lumiere. It gives a glow and the colors are not yellow based. I have tried many of their foundations and this is a great line. It sells at Sephora, Saks, Nordstrom's and some other dept stores but not at Macy's. I believe that it is $58. Another great foundation which is super cheap is Rimmel 25 Hour. I think this is about $7.

I personally always go back to bareminerals, no matter how many other foundations I keep trying. I always get sucked into the presentations for other foundations which look like they will be great, but every time I go back to BE. Original is the most luminous, but if you're looking for something more you could use a highlighter, or top with a luminous finishing powder like it Cosmetics Bye Bye Poors HD Illuminator, it's the most luminous finishing powder that I've found.

I really like Two Faced BB crème in the jar. If you want full heavy coverage this won't be for you.

PinkSugar, I definitely do not want heavy coverage.....just glow!!! Thanks

If you want a luminous glow, I recommend mixing a liquid highlighter or luminous primer into existing foundation, rather than buying a new product. (Unless you're not happy with your current foundation.) There are lots of highlighters and primers that work for this. I'm very fair and like Burberry's Fresh Glow primer in Nude Radiance, Fresh Cosmetics' Freshface Glow primer in Twilight, MAC's Strobe (liquid or cream) and BECCA Cosmetics' Shimmering Skin Perfector in Pearl or Moonstone. In the summer I'm a little warmer and can use Tarte's Smooth Operator Illuminating Serum.

After lots of looking, I finally settled on L'Oreal Visible Lift liquid foundation. It comes in a variety of colors with different "base" colors. I put a bit of moisturizer in my palm and add the foundation. Good coverage without being too heavy.
I'm 66, pale w/golden freckles, white hair, blue eyes. And since I freckle, I do have it in 2 different colors ... one for summer and a lighter one for winter. Reasonably priced enough ...

I'm 59 and when I use any liquid foundation, or bb or cc cream, I add in some moisturizer/sunscreen and primer. I don't wear any foundation all by itself anymore. I need lots of moisture and just a touch of color to cover. I do use some concealer and a dusting of mineral veil but not much else. I get a very dewy look that never settles in the very few lines/wrinkles I have (good genes). And I use up those bottles of make up that are so expensive.
