Looking for best eye makeup primer

I've used Benefit's F...Y... EYE, and though it seemed okay at first, the product quickly thickened and now won't go on without clumping.

What is your favorite eye makeup primer? I would like a lightweight, easy-to-use one, whether it's powder or creme.
