[Three meezers]

I'm searching for a cream colored eyeshadow with a tiny bit of shimmer (a tiny bit). I'm also on a search for the dewiest foundation available. I tried the new liquid BM and really liked that but I'm still looking for my HG. Anyone? Thanks

I can't help you with a dewy foundation because I use a tinted moisturizer almost every day. I do like MAC's Strobe Cream and that can be worn under a foundation or mixed with it. It adds a nice glow without being over the top.

I like MAC's Shroom eye shadow. It's a cream colored shadow with just a little shimmer. It can be worn on the lid or under your eyebrow as a highlight.

For the eye shadow, take a look at Bobbi Brown's cream shadows...very long lasting.

The Bare Mineral Complexion Rescue which you tried is very dewy and I think you'd be hard pressed to find one that is dewier. Or are you talking about Bare Minerals Bare Skin?

There's quite a few foundations with the word luminous in the name but they are not. NARS is a prime example. I would suggest L'Oreal Lumi. You are more likely to find a dewy look that have the word hydrating in the name somewhere.

Are you looking for a wet look or a pearl like finish? Dewy usually implies a wet look. If what you want is pearl like, the suggestion above about adding a MAC strobe or any liquid illuminator would get you the effect you want.

I was just going to suggest the IT CC Cream. This gives full coverage with a moist glow, although I don't know if OP would consider it "dewy" enough.

MAC's ""Shroom"" is a creamy-colored shadow that has a bit of luminescence to it. It's a MAC classic.

Eyes On The Prize Eyeshadow Chubby Pencil ~ Color is Daffodil With It, a champagne color with just a little luminescence. Works great for highlighting, or as a shadow. Goes on like silk, and with an easy hand, goes on very light in color.
