Have you ever seen that documentary, "Scatter my Ashes at Bergdorf's?" It's pretty good and darling Joan R. is in it. So is Isaac M.

It's on netflix (or was, I assume it still is.)

It's also quite possible her meeting was simply meeting a friend for lunch, and some shopping. Or a job interview that may or may not have anything to do with Bergdorf's. In my position before I retired I often held interviews away from the office, at various restaurants. No big deal, imho.

Lisa specifically said on her FB page she had lunch at Bergdorf's.

I too noted Lisa's post about a business lunch at Bergdorf's.

Even after her announced retirement but before her departure from the Once Mighty (but now unwatchable, snore inducing, mind numbingly boring...) Q, it seemed she had frequent 'business' sorties to NY and even to LA... Clearly, she's still working out her 'next adventure'... Either she hasn't finalized anything or she's not able (contractually) or ready to divulge what it is... If she's playing coy, she does run the risk of folks losing interest, but regardless, one has to assume we'll know what she's up to when we know...

All of that said, it is fascinating to note even now that she's gone (and there's no more 'amazing-amazing' to rankle...), the same usual suspects continue to manage to find ways to snark on Lisa... Virtually any and every thread about her finds them there, front and center, with their usual terms of endearment...

I loved Lisa as a saleswoman and representative for QVC.

But she is no designer.

If she wanted to have lunch in a place more befitting her designer status, she should have been eating Chinese dumplings on Canal Street!!!

Now aren't you gracious and lovely?!? dissing Lisa and those who eat Chinese dumplings as well as Canal Street. Just remain as you are and elsewhere.

Isn't it just like her to keep her adoring public guessing? It's just more attention that she craves.

Sooooooo true !!!!

Thanks for bringing this up. I have heard about forgot to add it to my movie list. This will be my stationary bike viewing tomorrow.

I loved that documentary. When I lived and worked in NYC (many decades ago) I was in walking distance of Bergdorf's. It was a great store where I could actually afford to purchase items on sale (occasionally).

It's always a victory for me when I remember why I entered a room.
