Liquid Make-up application

I recently started using liquid make-up after years of just powder or mineral make-up. I watched a you tube video that showed how to pat liquid make-up onto your skin instead of rubbing it on. I tried that and the finish is wonderful. However, it takes me a long time to pat, pat, pat the make-up onto my face. I just use it around my eys, nose and chin, but it still takes a while.

Do any of you ladies have any good techniques to apply liquid foundation???

I use Revlon Colorstay for dry skin and I love it!
