Lip primers

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as a lip or lipstick primer..

I use eyeshadow primer and love, love..and they really work. But can never get lipstick to stay on long and wondered if anyone knows of such a thing. Ive tried OTC lipstains and never had any success. Ladies,,do you have any answers or suggestions
