Lip Lines - Help

Good Morning Girls.

I need help with two things 1) is there ANY skin care that really does take care of the vertical lines around your mouth (less chemicals the better) and 2) is there any lipstick, lip gloss, lip anything that will stay put and not travel into those lines, lasty 3) I saw Laura Geller doing make-up and she used Lip Spackle - looked good while she was using it - but of course eveything does on TV - is Lip Spackle a good product for traveling lipstick/gloss, etc.

Thanks for your help - it is sooo much appreciated - it will help me not to spend money on stuff that I have to return.
