Thanks! I actually tried one and I don't know, mine is kind of gritty? It has real coconut oil in it so perhaps that is why but I like others better. Not sure if others who have tried theirs had the same issue but I did read some reviews that said the same thing. I bet in summer or warmer days in general it isn't so gritty.

Did you by chance get the lip scrub? I only have soft candy and mine is not gritty.
I would email them and ask them about that...Maybe they will exchange it for you.
no it isn't the scrub. It is the bubble gum big lip balm. They said it was the coconut oil since it can become solid in cold weather. It is just what it is. Other reviews have noted the grittiness too. Not a big deal, just probably won't buy it again.
