Line Freeze for Lips?

Sally Hansen used to make this item. I thought that it worked quite well. However, mine seemed to dry up in the little jar.

I wondered if you beauty experts have encountered a product that seems to smooth the lips. It is like a gaba freeze type product that has instant results.
