Lightstim timer

I have used the lightstim original since it was a TSV years ago. I learned from this board there was an ipad app that would ring each 3 minutes to tell you when to move to another area. It was great. Then the ring would not ring but the timer still worked. I had to watch the timer to know when the 3 minutes was up. I have tried to reach the company via email and they have not answered. I called last week and no one answered. Does anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?

Mine is still working fine. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I tried that and still no ring. I have an ipad air and a mini and it doesn't work on either.
