Hello. I was just wondering how you use your red lights? Do you use it on a clean face, or with a serum? Also, do you know if it is OK to use the lights after you have had microdermabrasion or a light peel? The next day after treatment, or do you have to wait awhile? I appreciate any help. Thanks.
