I ordered a LightStim for Wrinkles LED light device September of 2012. It's been great and I use it all of the time. However, I had trouble with the cord with a slight rip in it. My husbabd tried to fix it but no luck. I called the company and told them what happened and with no hesitation, sent me a new cord. So easy. Very happy with the company

My lighstim cord shorted (no tear but bad connection). I called and they sent me new cord. They said make sure I dont pull cord (which I didnt think I did). I havent had a problem with second cord. Good cs.

Isn't it nice when you like a product and you get good customer service? Every company should be like that.

Yes, they have great CS. I had a problem with my cord as well, it turned red and I was afraid it would short and start a fire. Wonder what the problem is with these cords because it also happened to the replacement they sent me but I'm still using it. I use my lightstim a minimum of 4 times a week.

I know that the problem with mine, honestly, was probably the way that I pulled it out of the socket. Unfortunately, I'm pretty rough on cords on all of my appliciances.
