LightStim Usage

Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount of time that someone can use the LightStim each day. They recommend 3 minutes per area but sometimes when I am reading Beauty Banter I find that I am leaving on certain places on my neck and face longer than 3 minutes. In other words, can I be overusing it?
