Lightweight and bare minimum make me think of a tinted moisturizer or a serum foundation. My favorite serum foundation is by Rose Inc. It is like the more expensive Chanel serum Foundation that has spheres of foundation suspended in a serum base.

My favorite skin tint is by Shiseido but Sephora doesn't carry it anymore. Nars makes a good one too. If you're looking for more of a glowy look, Urban Decay has a very nice one called Hydromaniac glowy tinted hydrator. My favorite everyday lightweight Foundation is Nars light reflecting Foundation. It says it's a medium coverage but you can control that.

My favorite lightweight foundation is NARS Light Reflecting Advanced Skincare Foundation. It's marketed as a medium coverage foundation, but peronsally I find it to be lightweight and buildable. Every time I wear it I look at my face in the mirror and ask myself why I don't just wear that one every day. This finish is downright beautiful.

That is my "fancy face" foundation. I actually find it to be too much coverage for everyday wear, @SurferWife. Funny how different we all are.

I have started wearing Estée Lauder's sheer version of Double Wear. I also like Hourglass Veil skin tint.

Tinted sunblock.

I've used and loved for years the MDSolarSciences Mineral tinted creme SPF 30 as my foundation and SPF in one.

It leaves a perfected primer-like finish and it's gorgeous!

I've also recently discovered Laura Geller SPF 30 Skin perfecting primer that has a similar finish.

I also agree that the About Face Performer is a wonderful foundation! I use F2 and the color is perfect for me and the formula is amazing! I might like it even more than the Armani Luminous Silk and it is much less expensive!
