Light gray eyebrow pencil ?

Why don't they make a nice light gray eyebrow pencil for ladies with gray hair?

I am trying to help my mother find one. She wears black (which looks clownish), has tried blonde (like they say to, but it is too light.)

She had one from Estee Lauder in a gray but it was still too 'severe' looking.

Isn't there a nice soft gray for her shiny light gray hair color match?
