Light Stim TSV Question ?

I am very tempted to buy this, but have reservations about how it may effect my eyes. Have had some issues this past year and do wonder why is it that the goggles are included if it isn't hurtful to the eyes in any way. I know I heard Pat and others say that they are just included for those that have sensitive eyes or feel better wearing them. I am just concerned about it being anywhere near my eyes, I know it isnt a lazer or anything like that , but it is like an infrared light isnt it ? I know they refer to it as an Led. Dont have lines in the eye area, want it for the 11 between my eyes. Does anyone have any advice or have you used the item that was offered before this one even ??
