I want to warn everyone not to order from laurageller.com. I made the horrible mistake by ordering from them and im still dealing with it. On Feb 8, 2013 i placed a order for two kits when i check on my order it said that i had ordered the same two kits twice. they even gave me two separate order numbers. When i emailed them and stated that i had only placed one order and not two. I was emailed back a couple of days later with them stating that sometimes if you press the order button twice (which i didn't do) that it would placed two orders and that they could not cancel one. They said that in order to have it removed off my credit card that i would have to WAIT until UPS delievered it and then refuse it with UPS. Once it is shipped back they would credit my accound for the products. Well on Feb 15, 2013 i received my first order. I am still waiting on my second order to refuse with ups. I just checked the laura geller website and it says that my order hasn't even been shipped. SO here i unable to make plans becuase i dont know when to expect it. If i am not home when ups delievers it i can't refuse it so ill be stuck with it. I think this is bad customer service and i will never order from them again ill stick with QVC.
