Laura geller foundation question

Which of her foundations is complete, full coverage? Not BB. I use that as my setting powder. But I am looking for a creme, liquid foundation that really covers. Thanks.

Re: Laura geller foundation question

She had a stick foundation out, though I don't know if she still offers it. You'd have to check, but I use it occasionally when concealer, B&B and a blush don't quite do what I want them to. She also offers a liquid foundation called Take Cover, and another baked foundation aside from B&B called Baked Elements, but I have no experience with those yet.

Re: Laura geller foundation question

The Baked Elements only provides a very light coverage, not even close to what the B&B does. I haven't used any liquid foundation by Laura Geller, so can't help there.

Thanks. I love B&B for setting powder, but it won't do as a full coverage foundation.

Re: Laura geller foundation question

I have been using Take Cover for the past two weeks. I got it in a TSV. It provides quite a bit of coverage and feels pretty light on my skin. For reference, I'm usually a BE foundation girl, but this winter my skin is really dry, and I've found this to look better than a powder.

Re: Laura geller foundation question

Question and answer regarding Laura Geller's FOUNDATION.

I have been using the "best" foundation .....it's "Phenomenal foundation" (Medium). Unfortunately I am almost out and for the life of me can't find it anywhere. I have always purchased it through QVC, but got so frustrated at not finding it here I began searching all over the net. Nothing, and I'm so disappointed. I don't think there is anything worse then finding a foundation, or beauty product for that matter, that really works GREAT to find out you can't have it anymore. I even tried to talk with Laura when she was on TV the other day. Apparently she could only take one testimonial call and I was not the, "one."

To Ellie Cat.....If this fantastic liquid foundation was available I would reccomend it with flying colors. Super good coverage and a little goes a long way. I wear it Fall and Winter months for the great look and coverage. I feel that this foundation protects my face though the cold Winter weather. I tend to have some ruddiness and again it makes my complexion so even and natural looking....the way I'd like it to look without make-up. I am 60 yrs. and have worn make up for eons and I'm telling you it's the best I've EVER found. I also have received many compliments from friends (whom I trust to be honest with me) and strangers alike.

If anyone knows where I can find this......PLEASE PLEASE let me know.

Re: Laura geller foundation question

Phenomenal Foundation was the BEST. I too used it for many years and loved it. Then they changed and made something new with SPF. I tried it but it made my face soo sticky that I can't use it. I really miss it Smiley Sad

I am actually using Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick - which I LOVE. It's moisturizing and goes on quicly and easily - it blend it with a cosmetic foam wedge. Great coverage and you can always use a little more of you have a blemish or dark circles. I eliminated a concealer because this works for me.

I would love to know what is the difference between the Balance N Bright and the compact foundation? I have the compact foundation and love it but wondering if there is a better choice. Also, could anyone tell me about her mascara? Thanks so much.

I didn't like her mascara....it did nothing for my lashes. As far as her foundation the Balance and Brighten has better coverage than the other foundation. Both are excellent though because they don't look like powder and for myself the coverage is perfect.

Thank you for your response....so they discontinued Phenomenal foundation....Bummer, bummer, bummer......I hate it when they do that. I simply don't understand why they would do that with such a great product. I'll try the foundation stick by Bobbi Brown and mayby just stop purchasing Laura's products altogether. LOL Thanks again...nice to know I'm not alone.
