I love Laura Gellers Balance-n-Brighten it makes my face flawless. I was running out and picked up the one with SPF instead. From that day forward I have had major breakouts! I have 5 cysts on my face right now. They are going down but about 5 days ago I got another one without SPF and my face is going back to normal. Anyone else have this problem with SPF? I hate to throw this new one away but I can't stand these cysts. They hurt and are so ugly.

The only time I have breakout problem was when I used Dr. Denese SPF moisturizer and/or any liquid makeup/moisturizer with SPF. This was about 10 years ago.

Recently, I use PTR bb cream with SPF of 30. I have absolutely no problem now. I guess skin does change as we age.

ETA: As for BnB, I have both the original and SPF versions. I have no problem with either one.
