Laura Geller Balance n Brighten Foundation Help

I'd like to try Laura Gellers blush n brighten foundation but not sure of which color. At the moment I wear "light" in BE & that's works great for me. Although some days (not sure why)I feel like I look too pale so I add a little bronzer & it looks fine. I was hoping you ladies could help me out with my foundation color choice. TIA
