Laundry Problem

Last Spring I began using a pressed mineral foundation. As fall and winter have arrived, I have begun wearing more cotton turtlenecks as layering pieces. I try to be careful, but when I take my tops off, sometimes I get some makeup on them.

I have never had a problem using a little SHOUT and getting makeup off my clothes. This makeup WILL NOT come off! I have ruined 3 tops with this. Anybody else encounter this problem or know how to get this makeup out?
