WHo uses Lancome? I am thinking of trying Genifique when I use up products I already have!

I wonder what makes this different from Hypnose? I love that mascara. Probably not too much, I would imagine, if they haven't rolled out a new mascara in a while so I guess it's "time".

I am finding mascara really differ in making lashes thicker and longer, even well known brands. I thought it was a pretty good deal and ordered. I have been lazy about using Rapid Lash which does help. I have noticed my lashes arent what they used to be. My eyes are my best feature and more visible now with the masks. I feel like I need to talk with my eyes.
I love HSN Lancome shows, always have. Kara and Robert are so good and I learn from them. I would love to have a make over from Robert. I also really loved Kara in her festive sparkling dress when it first aired as night and Amy coordinated in a sparkling skirt. It was so NICE to see a vendor and host dressed up for a change. Yesterday Kara looked pretty in a fuchsia pink dress and matching lipstick. She wears the Pixie haircut well.

IMHO Lancome has good cosmetics and great mascara choices....Mr. Big's a favorite. I have personally never thought that most makeup lines have good skincare. it's usually one or the other. Their skincare prices are also way over the top and highly fragranced.

I used to use the Advanced Geneifique Face Serum. I used it for years without looking at the ingredients just the hosts saying how great it was. The 4th ingredient is alcohol denat, this is a terrible ingredient. Their Genifique eye cream has the same ingredient and it's the 5th ingredient. Any skincare product that has alcohol denat stay away from, it's a very drying ingredient. I no longer use their products.

@Suzanne53 Re: alcohol denat. It's not a great ingredient, but not all bad either. It can be used as a "de-greaser" before chemical peels. Sometimes it acts as a preservative. All alcohols are not bad, but I tend to shy away from products with it unless I'm sure which type it is and what, if any, benefits it offers.
