Local Macy's Lancome counter is bringing in one of their premiere makeup artists. You can schedule an appointment to have a complete makeover but they are charging $50 for which you will be credited the $50 against product purchased that day.
Is that the norm? I realize you're getting the cost back in product but is that how it's done?
The gal from Lancome mentioned that he (the artist) will have his team do the makeovers but I question 1) makeup brushes...are they shared 2) probably not using fresh product 3) if it's not actually him but his team, why would that be so special.
Anyone ever participate in any event like this?
