Ladies, I need your help

Can someone recommend a styling mousse that can be used to style dry hair?

I have received the Calista Tools styling brush (the TSV from a week ago) and like it for my short hair, but the styling spray that came with it is not at all good. It makes my hair stick together. Also, I am just not good handling any kind of spray.

I wash my hair when I get up in the morning at 6 a.m. and let it air dry. I can use a mousse or a soft cream.
