LIght VS Fair

I am a BE Fair or Faily Light depending on year. Is the fair in the foundation pasty white? im not porcelin by anymeans. I have some pink undertones and a little tiny yellow. I have the Light and I thought it was too yellow to wear all the time but maybe i was heavy handed on it. What do you user out there think of the fair compared to light.
