Very disappointed in Laura Geller. Ordered double take months ago and liked it. Had to wait months for it to come back. Happily reordered it and it came with no sponges even though clearly it states in online and during presentation. I am not alone with this problem, but if the Q monitors anything you would have thought it fixed by now. I believe Laura and the Q owe us these sponges and should be sent asap.  We have paid for a product and didn't receive the whole product. If an oversight, fix it.

@brcala  I would contact the customer service number on her website.  I have always received a response within 2 business days whenever I had a question.  If the foundation always came with a sponge before it was probably an oversight and I'm sure Laura will make it right.

Thank you, I did. Haven't heard anything. It just isn't right.

@brcala   If you ordered it from Q, 90 days return policy. I'd return it, especially since others have same issue and order from LG site. ***Let CS know you're returning it as "defective" so no charge for return shipping.

Re: LG double take

Isn't there usually a compartment on the bottom (under the product) where the sponges are stored? I haven't purchased recently but I remember there was a spot for them.
