LG TSV Foundation quantity

Does anyone take notice of the quanity/weight of cosmetic products? The new LG baked foundation in the TSV is .19 ounces, same as the blush. This seemed awfully small. I looked up a few comparable products: IT Celebration; .3 oz, BE Ready .49 oz, LG balance .32 oz. The TSV is 1/2 to 2/3 as much as these. Maybe not such a good deal. In the presentation they said the "secret ingredient" was....water. Really??? Main ingredients are mica, nylon-12 and dimethicone.
