I noticed a few closeups of Candace who only uses the Lancer method and credits it for the turnaround in her skin. Uh, I saw spots, breakouts, redness, etc.
Anyone else notice the less than perfect recommendation?

@Shanus Yes, absolutely. I did this time 'round as well as her first time going sans makeup with a demonstration on Shawn's Dare to Bare Beauty I believe.??
She has shared that she is or has been a lover of the sun in the past and brought attention to her age spots but considering she is almost 20 years my junior, I feel my overall complexion far exceeds hers. Beautiful girl, but I'm just sayin'....

I thought I did the last time she was on. However, I have seen her on other programs and her skin looks great. I had wondered about this line because I have fair, senstive skin. I checked the website and they recommend the line for combination or problemmatic skin. This line reminds of the Tacha line. It's nice to have a variety of skincare lines for all types of skin types and issues.

I'm suspect of daily manual exfoliation w/ a product containing any beads whether this Lancer one or drugstore type w/ the apricot pits. Both can aggravate all but the toughest of skins. Candace's skin looked "chaffed, raw".

I use both the Lancer and Tatcha for exfoliation, and no way would I use the Lancer every day ... the Tatcha you could. Lancer has a very slight sandpaper feel even when being gentle. Tatcha, when done properly, making a foamy mix in your palm, is gorgeous and does not feel like you are actually exfoliating.

Unfortunately, even Tatcha gentle rice polish is too much for me-instant rosacea flare.
I do use The Ordinary glycolic toner daily w/out any problem, but only 1x a day.

I use the Lancer once or twice a week. More than that would be to harsh.I use very gentle pressure.
