Re: L’Occitane almond shower oil- usage

@Tricolor THANK YOU for this information!!  I never purchased it because of the "oil" aspect. I don't need an accident due to slipping so knowing this, I will now buy the set the next time there is a TSV.

I ordered this and I’m not even sure why, someone on the tv must have convinced me. Anyway I’m unclear is this a product you wash with ot you use it after washing as a treatment? Thanks for your advice if you have used it before.

Hi, I loved this, one of my all time favs,  the scent is wonderful. I've always used it in my bath or shower. unfortunately I had to give it up when I discovered L'Occitane was not Cruelty Free. Cat Sad

Re: L’Occitane almond shower oil- usage

This is my long-time, all time favorite.  I mix it with favorite shower gel, though, and it keeps my skin from getting too dry, although I swim almost daily.

Remember to get the refills, rather than the regular dispenser, after your first one.  It's better for the environment and, of course, cheaper.

Use it like you would a shower gel.  I pour it in my my hand, then transfer some to my other hand and slather it on wet skin in the shower.  Great product.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

That product does have sulfates in it as the cleansers: TIPA LAURETH SULFATE , LAURETH,3. They are second and third in the ingredient list. And I'd guess they are the reason no one is slipping and sliding around and hurting themselves in the shower while using it. There are normal sulfate shower gel components to it.

@skittles2

Thanks for the info about L'Occitane not being cruelty free. I didn't know this. I've been using their products for years. I'll have to change over to other brands now.

Thank you
