L'OREAL CHEATED ME !!!

I bought a tube of L'Oreal Power Volume Collagen mascara in black from Wal-Mart yesterday. I opened the tube and found that there was ABSOLUTELY NO MASCARA IN IT !!!!!! I KNEW PEOPLE WERE CUTTING BACK BUT I HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY WERE CUTTING 'OUT' !! This was my first time buying any other mascara other than Bobbi Brown...lesson learned !! I threw away the box/receipt so I guess that's just $$ down the drain. grrrrrrrr
