Man I bet that was painful! The Kardashians have this fat transfer thing down.

I'd think some kind of laser treatment or acid resurfacing would be a better choice, although I'm not up on the latest treatments for wrinkled hands.  It seems to me that a good moisturizer would be better than what I'm seeing in that picture.
