Anyone have luck with this product?  I am little concerned about the safety of this since I am a breast cancer survivor.  What is the thing that makes your hair grow?

Keranique has minoxidil as the active ingredient for hair regrowth.

I started having a little hair thinning from medication so I tried Keranique but it did not work for me after a couple months so I started using Rogaine for women and I have noticed new growth especially in the frontal area so I am hoping this continues.

@bargainsgirl   I don't blame you for being concerned-   did you google it?  I did it for you.

Look into castor oil.  I tried it for my lashes and all of a sudden after using it for a few weeks I noticed lashes growing on my eyelids!  I stopped and the lashes on the lids went away.

However it's worth a try to look into since there are no toxic chemicals.

I have thinning hair, the crown area.  I haven't tried Keranique but I recently started Rogaine for women.  It's only been about 2 weeks so it's too soon to tell but I researched a lot and Rogaine seemed to be best option for me.  I've watched several Dr. Dray videos on thinning hair and products and find them helpful.  IShe has a video out about rosemary oil but I haven't gotten around to watching that yet.  I've heard that the multi peptide serum by the ordinary is good (for hair thickening) and so is the hair fatterner serum by Toppik.  I haven't tried them yet because I don't want to use too many new products at once.

This is a bit off topic but if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure then it can be a cause for thinning and even balding. The reason is b/c the blood supply to the hair follicles becomes compromised when there is high blood pressure especially where constricted blood vessels are present around the follicles. In other words, hair follicles can die off from not enough blood supply.

You can always use the Keranique products and just leave out the one with Minoxidil, the system alone is good for thinning hair without the med ingredient. HSN has kits on special this week.

@bargainsgirl   I absolutely would not use their products with Menoxidil,  but I did try one of their shampoos and absolutely LOVE IT.  One of the best I've ever used ....   it's the Scalp Stimulating Shampoo.   Even my husband commented on it when he tried it.   I had not tried this brand prior to the shampoo.
