I posted in a thread recently about trying the KS Oil Free Moisturizer at my local Sephora and how it had a truely offensive smell to it. Then a few ladies informed me that it should not have smelled bad because it's basically unscented. Since I loved how the KS made my skin feel I was eager to see what it actually should smell like and since my local Sephora is more than a 30 minute drive, I emailed KS customer service and told them my story and asked if they would send me a few samples of it so I could see what it smelled like before purchasing. Unfortunately, they apparently are used to dealing with their celebrity clients that have oodles to spend because they told me while they are sorry I had an unpleasant experience with their product, they are unable to send me any samples. However, if I purchase something I could choose 3 samples to go with the purchase. Otherwise, they advised me to go back to my local Sephora.
I emailed them back saying that I would not be purchasing any KS products if that was the kind of cs I could expect and since they were directing me back to my local Sephora, I would be choosing another brand of moisturizer to purchase.
